The QC (Quality Control) circle is an effective organizational form of mass quality management activities in enterprises. It is small, practical, active, and innovative. YRPG's QC circle activity is a cradle for cultivating craftsmanship and innovation ability. Employees spontaneously form the circle, focusing on practical problems, brainstorming, and continuous improvement in accordance with the PDCA cycle.

At present, YRPG has more than 130 QC circles active in production, quality, technology and other departments, gradually expanding to functional departments such as the pharmaceutical business corporation and infrastructure department. They have carried out activities on quality improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement and have accumulated over 1000 research projects. From 2005 to 2024, YRPG won the most first prizes in the national pharmaceutical industry QC circle achievement competition for twenty consecutive years. From 2015 to 2024, YRPG participated in the International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC) and won a total of 31 international gold awards. The Group invests millions of RMB annually to reward the achievements of QC circle activities, demonstrating its relentless pursuit of quality and innovation.
