"No difficulty can defeat us; only quality matters" is a powerful statement made by the founder of YRPG, Xu Jingren, and it embodies the quality spirit that YRPG members have upheld for over 50 years. The emphasis on quality by YRPG members is not unfounded. On one hand, the Group faced two rumors in the 1980s, both related to quality. Ultimately, the Group survived because inspection from relevant authorities proved there were no quality issues. Still, the lessons learned were profound, and ensuring drug quality has been ingrained in the Group’s lifeblood for development. On the other hand, in response to domestic and international drug quality and safety incidents, YRPG organizes timely educational sessions to ensure employees can intuitively and deeply understand that without quality, there is no development for an enterprise. Without quality, there is no "job security" for people.
