The Group implements a variety of talent development programs to enhance employees’ workplace competencies and skills:1) the “Yang Ming,” “Yang Qi,” and “Yang Fan” training camps are conducted for high, mid, and grassroots management staff to enhance their abilities; 2) the “Yangjing” training camp is available to all employees to improve workplace ability and job competency; 3) “My Heart Flies” training camp is provided for fresh college graduates.
