YRPG advocates lifelong learning. The Group takes YRPG Academy as its foundation for promoting comprehensive learning. The Group implements a variety of talent development programs to enhance employees’ workplace competencies and skills:1) the “Yang Ming,” “Yang Qi,” and “Yang Fan” training camps are conducted for high, mid, and grassroots management staff to enhance their abilities; 2) the “Yangjing” training camp is available to all employees to improve workplace ability and job competency; 3) “My Heart Flies” training camp is provided for fresh college graduates. Specialized Talent Development

Country Manager in Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Russia, Uzbekistan, Brazil, Mexico, Kenya, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Côte d'Ivoire, Uganda, Algeria, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities1. Conduct market research and analysis in the assigned country to identify market opportunities, assess regulatory requirements and market access pathways, and provide insights for product portfolio planning and market entry strategies.2. Develop and manage relationships with local pharmaceutical distributors. Facilitate product registration and market access processes, monitor product sales performance, and implement targeted actions to drive market growth.3. Expand cooperation with local pharmaceutical companies, healthcare institutions, and other partners. Identify collaboration opportunities and promote the supply of pharmaceutical-related products including APIs, excipients, packaging materials, pharmaceutical equipment, medical devices, and medical consumables to achieve annual sales targets.4. Build and maintain relationships with local government bodies, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and other stakeholders to support market development and business expansion.5. Perform other tasks and projects assigned as required.

Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences, International Trade, Business, or related fields.2. At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related sales or business development.3. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to conduct business negotiations and professional discussions in English.4. Strong market insight, business development capability, and experience in distributor management.

Regional Director (Based in China)

Key Responsibilities1. Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with the company’s global growth objectives.2. Own regional sales performance, closely monitor progress against targets, and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable revenue growth.Build and manage strategic partnerships with international distributors and industry partners, strengthening long-term collaboration and market presence.3. Analyze pharmaceutical market trends, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights to support business expansion.4. Lead, build, and develop high-performing regional teams through clear performance management, coaching, and capability development.5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and efficient overseas operations while mitigating business and regulatory risks.Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, International Trade, or a related field.2. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.3. Fluent in English, with the ability to conduct professional business communication in an international environment.


Deputy General Manager, Global Sales (Based in China)

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the company’s global sales strategy to support international business growth.

2. Lead and inspire the international sales team, strengthening collaboration, execution, and overall performance.

3. Build and implement global talent development initiatives to cultivate internationally minded professionals.

4. Drive strategic planning for the company’s global expansion and support long-term market development.

5. Identify and leverage international partnerships and resources to accelerate global business growth.

6. Oversee the establishment and management of overseas sales entities, ensuring strong commercial performance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. Background in Pharmacy, International Trade, Logistics Management, or related fields preferred.

3. Fluent in English or another foreign language, with strong international communication skills.

4. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, preferably in finished dosage forms or APIs.
