On December 17, a caring team from Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. ( “YRPG” or “the Group” ), led by key executives Cai Wei and Tan Guangzhao arrived in Laos to launch the “Health for all, all for Health” initiative at Mahosot General Hospital in Vientiane. The team included representatives from Yangtze River Import and Export Co., Ltd., the Great Health Sector, Marketing Department, and Brand and Publicity Department. This health mission reflects the Group’s commitment to its corporate mission of “Dedicated to exploring and advancing, committed to caring for all” and its efforts to strengthen the traditional friendship between China and Laos.

Mahosot General Hospital in Vientiane, Laos, built with Chinese support, embodies the shared commitment of China and Laos to protect people’s health. It serves as a key facility safeguarding local communities and stands as a landmark achievement in China-Laos health cooperation. The initiative aims to “Deliver Health, Empower Local Communities, Promote Exchange, and Ensure Sustainable Development.” Through donations, health experiences, and health education activities, the program brings much-needed health support to the people of Laos while enhancing the Group’s international brand image and social value.

At the launch ceremony, Cai Wei stated that health is a shared goal of humanity. Since its founding in 1971, YRPG has stayed true to its mission of care and actively taken part in public welfare, bringing health support to more communities in need. He emphasized that Laos is a friendly neighbor of China. This initiative will help improve local healthcare capacity in Laos and ensure that the benefits of health support reach more people.

Susath Vongphachanh, Director of Mahosot Hospital in Vientiane, warmly welcomed the delegation from YRPG and expressed sincere thanks for their generous support. He noted that the hospital is committed to providing high-quality medical services to the people of Laos. The donated supplies and the special health experience activities will effectively help improve the hospital’s service capacity and bring new momentum to local health development. He expressed hope that this initiative will serve as a link for deeper communication and cooperation between the two sides, pushing China-Laos health collaboration to a higher level.

In the presence of all guests, the donation ceremony took place. The donated supplies mainly included medical consumables and health kits. These thoughtful donations represent not only a gesture of health support but also the warm friendship and mutual assistance between China and Laos.

After the donation ceremony, a series of health experience activities took place. The Group provided trials of microcirculation patches and hand meridian massage services. Hospital staff and guests joined in actively, trying out the services and engaging with the team. At the same time, Group representatives introduced the company’s products on site, highlighting the Group’s R&D capabilities and product advantages in the field of chemical medicine.

Traveling across borders to bring care where it is needed, this initiative in Laos expands the Group’s international philanthropic footprint and demonstrates its commitment to social responsibility and global health cooperation.
